FEP has very good charactor of heat resistance ,electric
resistance,chemical resistance. It is widely used in Aviation
spaceflight,instrument,Medical treatment Pharmacy,Electric
instrument,Post &ccommunication,Petrochemical,Metallurgy

There are two methods to produce FEP film . Mould&blowing and
Tape-casting .
Tape-casting FEP film has better tolerance to 0.005mm. better
tensile strength than moulding film .
For some reasons, the FEP film's surface need treating . So there
is three method to treat with the surface . Plasma ,chemical and
corona . One or both sides treated. Based on the final usage.
