Gravity: 1.7 g/cm3 , molding shrinkage rate: 3.1-7.7% , molding
temperature: 300-330 ℃.

Mechanical properties:
1.crystal material, small moisture absorption.it is usually used to
produce the products by thermoplastic processing method .
2. Poor liquidity, easy to decompose, decompose our corrosion gas
when it decomposes. strictly control the mold temperature within
350 degrees. The mould should be heated to 100-100 degrees, pouring
system of material flow resistance should be small.It can be made
into 0.7-0.8 mm thin wall thickness simple products.
3. Transparent granular materials, injection molding, extrusion
molding.Mold temperature 300-300 degrees.over 350 degrees ,it is
easy to cause discoloration or bubbling.Appropriate high speed &
low pressure to mold , and pay attention to demoulding will be some
difficult.
ETFE has the corrosion resistance properties of ptfe, at the same
time it has a strong adhesion characteristics to metal .It
overcomes PTFE’s non-adhesive properties to metal defect, together
with its average linear expansion coefficient is close to the
linear expansion coefficient of carbon steel, ETFE becomes into an
ideal metal composited material with extremely high negative
pressure resistant properties.ETFE has excellent comprehensive
performance, small friction coefficient, excellent mechanical
properties, highest low temperature impact strength among the
existing fluorine plastic.Good dielectric properties, low
dielectric constant, perfect radiation resistance performance.
Typical usage:
ETFE can be made into complex shape products. It is suitable for
making corrosion resistance parts, wear parts for the antifriction,
seal, insulation parts and medical equipment parts, wire, cable
insulation, cable sheath, anticorrosive equipment, sealing
materials, pump valve bushing, anti-corrosion pump/valve, pipe
fittings and lining, chemical containers, etc.
