PFA solder strip, PFA flat welding tape, PFA welding strip
PFA welding rod is made from PFA resin and prepared by the
technology of extrusion and molding. It can be machined into
various sealing parts and electric components. It can be used at
the temperature range of -200 through +260C degree. It is widely
used for welding PTFE products, PFA products.
PFA electrode material performance:
1. for a small amount of perfluorinated propyl perfluorinated vinyl
ether copolymer with ptfe.Molten enhanced bonding, melt viscosity decreased, and there were
no changes in performance compared with ptfe.This kind of resin can be directly processed into products using
common thermoplastic molding method.
2. long-term use of PFA electrode temperature - 80-260 degrees,
have excellent chemical corrosion resistance, for all chemical
corrosion resistance, friction coefficient, the lowest in the
plastic and good performance, the electric insulation is not
affected by temperature, is regarded as "plastics king".Its resistance to chemicals and ptfe are similar, is better than
partial fluorine ethylene.
3. the creep resistance and compression strength is better than
teflon, high tensile strength, elongation of up to 100-300%.Good dielectric properties, resistance to radiation performance.Flame retardancy.
