FEP rod, FEP welding rod
FEP rod is made from FEP resin and prepared by the technology of
extrusion and molding. It can be machined into various sealing
parts and electric components. It can be used at the temperature
range of -80 through +200
application:
1.Petrochemical and chemical processing
2.Electrical applications
3.Semi-Conductor Industry
4.Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries
5.Laboratory applications
Lining Bearing pads, seals, and electrical insulation Lining

It is mainly used to weld kinds of FEP products .
Characteristic
1. High and low temperature preservation
2. -200~200oC high temperature intensity better than F4
3. No-begriming ,and no-stagnant in tube
4. Security and insulation
5. Under 60HZ-60MHZ high and low temperature , permittivity is 2.1
6. If firing, and will still insulate
7. Voltaic are>165 seconds insulation
8. Erode preservation
9. Under high temperature, fluorin and alkali will reaction with
PFA, no reaction with other acid.
10. Low water absorption<0.01%
11. No firing in air( oxygen index>95 vol.%)
