One of the applications of Mianyang Prochema's conductive film is EMI/EMR shielding.

Type 1: ITO PET film

Applications:

Electronic window, computer(LCD) screen,

computer house and security bureau walls,doors and windows shielding,

electric metering display,military display EMI/EMR shielding etc,

where meantime requires transparency.

Type 2: Extreme low resistance metal mesh PET film (Copper grid PET Film)

With special deposit technology, we deposit copper/nickel on optical BOPET film,to get very low resistance(<1 ohm/sq) while remain high transparency (>80%).

It is a good combination of conductivity and transparency film for HF EMI/EMR shielding,for example the house window nearby Radia station,

TV tower,high voltage transformer,mobile phone tower etc,and also an excellent EMI shielding material in hospital,military and machine houses.

We also can with this technology to make more durable capacitive touch keys pattern as per customer design .

Type 3: Metal sputtered polycarbonate film(UL VTM-0)

We produce the normal EMI shielding film, which adopt halogen-free flame resistant PC as base material. A Cu-Ni conductive layer is formed by vacuum magnetron sputteringtechnology.An extrablack conductive coatingcan be done upon customer requirement.

Thisfilm is widelyapplied aselectromagnetic shieldingwindow forelectronic equipment case,interioror ventof the cabinet,horn mesh etc..
